I was first introduced shortly after onboarding as Project Manager of Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort.   Ben Schenin, Owner, is a talented and remarkable leader of his team. I can honestly say that he manages small day to day tasks as effectively as he does large scale improvements. As I grew into Director of Engineering, I had the privilege of working with him and his team on a regular basis, not only with large scale projects, but also to fill the void between Maintenance items and full-blown renovations. Ben is eager to take on new and interesting projects. This makes him a great candidate for unique properties.   Ben’s team is equally impressive. They have experience working in a luxury resort environment and understands the basics that most General Contractors do not possess. Special mention of Jeff Barut. My husband Roy and I are co-owners of Sakamoto Properties. We specialize in the Listing and Sale of Resort Properties at Kapalua and Kaanapali. Central Pacific Construction has been working with us on a remodel at our Pineapple Hill Home. They have created a very intricate tile pattern that is changing the entry to our home into a work of art. We had a basic idea and they have made it into something absolutely amazing. They have been considerate to us and have made this project an absolute pleasure. We are lucky to have been referred to them for this project and will definitely use them again and again for ourselves and our clients.

"I recently completed and have MLS listed a large custom home in Makena.  Ben and his crew at CPC were responsible for all of the tile work in the house, including over 8,000sf of marble flooring inside and outside lanais, custom pebble tile accents and borders, showers and walls in 5 bathrooms, and a waterfall wall in the master bath. I cannot over emphasize the superb craftsmanship and detail that they applied on the project, as well as Ben's can-do attitude and problem solving skills.  I highly recommend CPC for other projects large and small…they are one of the best tile and stone contractors on Maui in my opinion!"
